We want you to love your softest-ever essentials, so we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains completely intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals are undisturbed.

  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
